Ged is a specialist procurement, contracts and construction lawyer and probity advisor with more than 20 years experience. He pushes the boundaries of legal service delivery and is passionate about building the capacity of his clients. Ged lives in the dry tropics of North Queensland but loves travelling and takes advantage of our diversely located client base to explore the variety and uniqueness of the Australian landscape (and work a little along the way).

Jaclyn Fenby

Jac is an exceptional front and back end contracts lawyer with meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the commercial realities and legal complexities of drafting and negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.  Jac is based on the spectacular mid-north coast of New South Wales, and amongst other talents, is a keen pianist.

Caz offers rare insight into local government procurement and contracts, having worked in-house for councils in the UK and Australia as a lawyer and procurement officer.  She has a practical mindset, focussed attention to detail and the calmness to navigate the complexity and intensity that often comes with local government procurement.  Caz is based in the paradise of the wet tropics of Far North Queensland and in her free time might be found diving the Great Barrier Reef.
